The Descriptions of the Pneumatic Opening Door Servomechanism

This pneumatic opening door mechanism is composed by the opening door pneumatic cylinder, the revolving door pneumatic cylinder, 

the rotor shaft and the door coupling unit, the work carrier locating device, the pneumatic cylinder stop device, the pneumatic control 

system etc.. As to open the door, first should to turn on the control valve or the push button of the revolving door pneumatic cylinder

by the operator, to turn the work carrier, thus to stagger the work carrier's teeth and the cover flange's teeth. Then to turn on the control 

valve or the push button of the opening door pneumatic cylinder,to make the pressure vessel door open. As to close the door first to turn 

on the control valve or the push button of the opening door pneumatic cylinder, to make the door close. Then to turn on the control valve 

or the push button of the revolving door pneumatic cylinder,  to turn the work carrier,   that to align the work carrier's teeth with the cover 

flange's teeth, to lock the pressure vessel door.

This mechanism is simple in structure. It can operate in low position, also can remote operation.It is easy and handiness in operration.  It can 

realize stepless change through adjust the pneumatic pressure, and through the stop device of the pneumatic cylinder to realize the door opening 

stop. It is handiness, safe and reliable in operation, and it can realize auto operation. The air source that the pneumatic cylinder required can 

supply by the air compressor. It is able to keep the work environment in clean and healthy.
