The main equipment are included 1 set of 4*15m digital control cutting machine, 1 set of 13 rollers plate material leveler, 1 set of 9000mm plate edge planer, 2 sets of 30 * 3200 beading machines, 4 sets of cylinder auto welding operators, 1 set of 3500mm * 4200mm * 1300mm coal or gas car-type heat treating furnace, 55 sets of welding equipment, 1 set of plate shearing machine, 1 set of 100mm radial drill operator, 1 set of 6000mm planning machine, 1 set of 4000mm vertical lathe,1 set of ф80 driller and 1 set of 12000 * 80 edge miller etc.. The biggest lifting capacity of the plant is 100 ton. The main check-out facilities are included electromagnetic yoke fault detector, universal tester, ultrasonic thickness meter, metal testing instrument, 50 times amplification projector, supersonic fault detector, X-ray fault detector, physical portrait fault detector etc.. All the equipment are in the advanced level in China.
